At Pariarts we want you to be completely satisfied with everything you order from
us. All of our hand crafted items are unique and even two different items from
  the same series will not be identical. That's the nature and beauty of original art.
 We strive to make each piece as perfect as possible and we thoroughly inspect
 each item before we ship it.
 All of our personalized and custom signs are made to order and we will begin
creating your sign as soon as we have processed your order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for most orders to be completed.
 We use Payment Services by Verisign and PayPal.com exclusively for credit
card transactions to ensure that your credit card purchases will always be
safe  and secure.
We also accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks. (there will

 be a 10 day waiting period until a personal check clears its issuing bank before
we can ship an item). Money order and cashier check purchases are processed
 immediately.


 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 All international orders must be remitted in U.S.dollars.
USPS shipping and handling rates quoted on this site are for deliveries
 within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only.
 Shipping rates on international orders will differ and will be calculated
 separately.

 DAMAGED ITEMS
 We carefully package each item individually  to ensure its safe arrival;
 however if a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us at:
 info@pariarts.com WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt to receive a credit
 or replacement.

 DEFECTIVE ITEMS
 At Pariarts we carefully inspect each order to make sure no defective item is
 ever shipped. If for any reason you you feel your item is defective, please
notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt at
 info@pariarts.com for a credit or replacement.
 Once we have received your claim, we will immediately contact you via email
 or telephone and make arrangements to have the item returned to us.
 Once we have received the damaged item(s) we will immediately replace it
 or apply credit toward another item.

 LOST ITEMS
 Rarely an order may become lost in transit. If an order is lost, we will replace it
 at no additional charge. The customer will be responsible for sending Pariarts
 a signed and dated letter stating the package was not received. This enables us
to be reimbursed by the United States Postal System. The replacement item
 will be shipped immediately upon receipt of this letter.

 Personal information collected by Pariarts remains completely
.confidential. This information will only be used for the purpose of processing
.and shipping your order, unless you have specified otherwise by requesting to be
